FRWC. Inc. is seeking to partner with direct service providers to encourage money management
training for women who have experienced violence. FRWC will
make a grant to the partner program to be used as a rotating loan fund by
program participants who meet agreed-upon goals.
Potential Partner Programs Must Meet the Following
Criteria:
Approval and support of Executive Director.
Approval of Board of Directors.
Agree to participate as a partner for a period of three years.
Sign
a memorandum of understanding with FRWC.
Assign one staff member to be the liaison to FRWC for the
duration of the partnership.
Participate with FRWC in developing, meeting, and evaluating partnership
objectives.
Provide aggregated data on participants loan repayment rates for a period of
two years after program commences.
Allow FRWC, Inc. to share program results with other potential partners.
In order to successfully complete the Money Management Program and qualify
for a loan, program participants must:
Attend 80% of scheduled training.
Complete a long-term financial plan, a current budget, and a record of daily expenditures
(for an agreed upon period of time).
Provide documentation of weekly contributions to a savings plan ($1.00 per week minimum).
